Computer Recycling

What Equipment Do We Take?

All end of life IT equipment including Servers, Desktops, Workstations, Laptops, Monitors, Phone systems and printers. In fact, anything IT related.

Recycling Computer Equipment Process

Reboot IT provide a complete and transparent audit trail for all equipment received. All assets recycled by Reboot IT pass through the following processes:
Collection - We can arrange pick up from your office based in Sydney
Audit Trail - We can record all of your IT Equipment via the Asset number and have a list sent back to you for cross referencing.
Data Destruction - We wil physically destroy all hard drives with 2 drill holes through the centre, providing you with a high quality and responsible service. We will then recycle all materials. Our destruction service will ensure your business complies with Federal privacy laws on data destruction.

ACK Assist is designed for the customer that needs a Virtual IT Manager. It is designed to help your business work smoothly and efficiently without the interruptions of IT problems. ACK Assist will allow the customer to go on with their day to day duties with the understanding that their systems are being taken care of by our qualified engineers.

    This allows us to log on to your network and check backup logs, virus alerts, updates and other important periodical items.

  • 1 onsite maintenance visit per month

    Onsite monthly maintenance visit by a qualified Engineer.

  • Logs to a Dedicated Email Address

    Logs will be emailed to a dedicated email address of your choosing. yourcompany@ack.com.au where they will be viewed and assessed by a qualified engineer and where needed action will be taken.

Smarter Pre-Paid IT Support

An ACK Voucher can be pre-purchased in ACK Points. Once we receive a confirmation from your regarding the voucher you wish to purchase, an Invoice will be sent. After the completion of each job (onsite or in our workshop), a report will be emailed showing these jobs and the credit remaining on a monthly basis.

Standard Services and What You Can Expect In Support

Onsite Support

Onsite includes any work performed by our qualified engineers on your premises. Once a job is allocated to the engineer, they usually consult the job within 1 to 2 days or their next availability. You will be notified when the engineer is next available.
Jobs are mostly completed onsite unless any work has to be done in the workshop therefore the job will be brought back to the workshop and returned to you once complete.
If any parts must be ordered, the engineer will notify the customer with a quote and wait for authorisation to go ahead with ordering and will then return onsite once the part has been delivered to our office, to complete the job.

Workshop

Includes installations for new or upgrading systems, ie Servers, PC's, Notebooks and generally network structure.
